Fall Formal Recruitment Schedule
Round Zero.
This round is a unique opportunity for Potential New Members and students because it allows them to informally visit with all 16 IFC Chapters before Formal Recruitment begins.

Fall Convocation.
This is the welcoming ceremony to IFC Recruitment. PNMs will hear from Council Executives and Fraternity & Sorority Life staff about the upcoming week, as well as a guest speaker.

Attire: Collared shirt and shorts (no athletic wear)
Round One - Day 1.
Round One consists of visits to all 17 IFC fraternities for an introduction to fraternity life, including the benefits of membership along with the financial, academic, and housing obligations for each respective fraternity. For Day 1, you will see 8 of the 16 chapters for an extended period of time.

Attire: Provided PNM T-shirt and shorts (no athletic wear)
Round One - Day 2
Round One consists of visiting all 17 IFC fraternities, where potential new members learn about fraternity life, including the benefits of membership, as well as the financial, academic, and housing obligations for each fraternity. On Day 2, you will visit the other 8 chapters you didn’t previously attend.

Round Two - Day 1 and 2
Round Two consists of extended visits to up to 8 IFC fraternities, 4 per day, designed to provide insight into each fraternity’s philanthropy. This includes potential new members learning about each respective fraternity’s philanthropy, community service, and campus involvement.

Attire: Button-down, slacks, and dress shoes
Round Three
Round Three consists of visits to up to 3 IFC fraternities. These events will provide an insight into the fraternities’ brotherhoods. This includes spending time with chapter members to gain a greater perspective on how each fraternity celebrates its brotherhood.

Bid Day & New Member Education Seminar
Membership invitations will be delivered to each PNM at the New Member Education Seminar in the morning. Each membership invitation will have instructions for bid day.
