2025 Rho Alphas
“The Rho Alpha program is a system that allows leaders from our fraternal community to guide Potential New Members through the Formal Recruitment Process. Rho Alphas, or Recruitment Counselors, offer support, guidance, mentorship, and above all else, a friendly face Potential New Members can come to throughout the Recruitment Process. Rho Alphas are the direct links between Potential New Members and the Interfraternity Council to ensure an equitable, inclusive, and enjoyable recruitment experience.”

2025 Judicial Board
“The Judicial Board is a group of leaders that focuses on the safety and equitability of the Fall Formal Recruitment process for the Potential New Members. J-board, or Judicial Board members, bring clarity to instances that may occur that jeopardize the fairness of the process as well as keeping the Potential New Members safe and confortable during the process. A judicial board member will be present at all times to ensure everyone is being treated the same and feels included throughout the entire process. Judicial Board members are a direct liaison from the Potential New Members to the Executive Board and University Staff as well as having the resources and knowledge to assist in the best way possible.”
